Pfauter P100L gear hobbing machine managed by Siemens 840C numerical control with absolute positioning of the axes.
Completely overhauled in the mechanics, in the hydraulic and electrical parts.
The NC software has been completely developed by our company and allows the creation of up to 9 different gears mounted on the same pin in the same cycle, with the possibility of machining also with a single-tooth milling cutter or roughing with insert milling and hob finishing.
In the event of a black-out, a hydraulic system intervenes to move the piece and tool away while the NC maintains their synchronism, thus avoiding considerable damage and allowing machining to be resumed from the point where it was interrupted.
The anti-backlash systems present on all axes allow the creation of any type of toothing, from helical, to rounded, to bi-helical with right meeting points of the helix.
The machine is CE marked with use and maintenance manual, wiring diagrams, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings of the applied parts.
